Right of Withdrawal
Widerrufsbelehrung for private consumers (§§ 312g, 355 BGB)
Who this applies to
The right of withdrawal described below applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB — natural persons entering into a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
It does not apply to business customers (§ 14 BGB).
Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract (the day you receive our confirmation e-mail activating the subscription).

— of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early service activation — important
If you requested the service to begin during the 14-day withdrawal period (e.g. you started using a paid tenant immediately after signup), you shall pay us a reasonable amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the point you notify us of the withdrawal.
Your right of withdrawal expires entirely once the service has been fully performed, provided you gave your express prior consent to start the service immediately and acknowledged that you would lose this right upon complete performance (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).

Statutory basis
This withdrawal notice is based on §§ 312g, 355–357 BGB in conjunction with Art. 246a § 1 EGBGB. The wording follows the statutory model prescribed by Annex 1 to Art. 246a § 1 para. 2 sentence 2 EGBGB.
